Lodging Requirements

  • All pets must have proof of required vaccines for boarding and daycare.
  • Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper-Parvo), Bordetella (Kennel cough), *Highly Recommended: Canine Influenza, aka Doggy Flu (H3N2 & H3N8.)
  • Cats: Rabies, FVRCP (Feline Distemper), and Leukemia. *Leukemia is required due to the social setting/playtime of boarding
  • Vaccines must be administered a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
  • All pets must have proof of required vaccines for use of services.
  • Due to the social boarding, cats must have Feline Leukemia in order to be allowed kitty playtime outside of their room.
  • All dogs and cats are required to be covered by a flea and tick program.
  • Certain breed and weight restrictions may apply. For questions, please contact our facility directly during regular business hours. We retain the right to refuse admittance at our discretion.
  • To be a boarding client, your pet must be at least 5 months of age.
  • All pets must be spayed and neutered by the age of 8 months to be a guest at MEBB

  • Guests are charged a full day rate the day of check in regardless of check-in time.
  • Check out time is 12:00 PM. If you pick up past that time, a late checkout fee of $30 will automatically be applied to your bill. If charged for late checkout, you will then have until closing time of that day to pick up.
  • Guests lodging or checking out (assuming we are open) over New Year’s Eve/day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas eve/day are charged an additional $30.00 per pet on their final bill to cover care, daily feeding, play-time and additional holiday staffing.
  • Deposits of $50.00 are required at the time of reservation for all major holiday reservations. (See above).
  • To accommodate as many clients as possible for busy holidays, a 3-night minimum is required for all major holiday reservations.
  • A cancellation Fee of $50 will be charged to your credit card on all reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. For holidays, a week in advance cancellation is required (7 days prior.)
  • Owner provides food. In the event food is not brought or pet runs out, we will provide food with owner’s confirmation for $3.50 per meal.
  • Meals should be brought prepackaged and labeled with their pets name. No large bags or containers of food should be brought, unless it is a lengthy stay. Please inquire with staff if you are uncertain.
  • Medication should be appropriately labeled, and in a pill organizer with the animals name on it. Office staff will go over the instructions and details additionally upon check-in of the animal.
  • We encourage you to bring familiar toys (nor more than 2-3 to prevent cluttering the room) and/ or treats from home.
  • Daycare clients should not bring food/treats, as dogs are in common areas with one another for Daycare. Management/ownership can only make an exception.
  • We provide comfortable Kuranda Cot beds, food bowls, cat litter a pans for our guests. Please do not bring dog beds. You can bring a blanket, which can go on top of their beds, so that in the event it needs to be washed it can be.
  • We feed our guests once in the AM and once in the PM unless otherwise instructed by the owner. We do this within our feeding hours, which might vary from the normal pets meal time, but generally is within normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner times.
  • Active Teachers, Military, Law Enforcement, Fire and Rescue personnel are eligible for a 10% discount off of boarding services.
  • For long stays of a month or more, please inquire with management/ownership.
